What to expect on your first visit:

On your initial visit with us you should expect to be greeted by a warm staff member and given a few forms to complete. However if you prefer to print them at home and have them filled out before you come in you can download them HERE. Be sure to read, sign, and date all pages.

Your initial visit will take up to an hour. Our doctors review your history, answer your questions, complete a thorough exam and spend the time needed to offer the best possible care.

*Note: Consider what you will wear to your appointment. Make sure its something you feel comfortable in and are able to move in. Ladies, please avoid wearing skirts if possible.
